1 用途

   HY220A 制动器拖滞力矩及密封在线试验台专门设计用于制动器的下列试验:

l 盘式制动器拖滞力矩

l 盘式制动器高压密封

2 特点

l 平板触摸屏计算机控制,参数及显示

l 操作简便，工作可靠

l 可实现同时测量气密性和拖滞扭矩，也可分开单独测量

3 结构原理与气动原理

     此试验台制动钳密封联结使用产自德国的气动快速连结器，高压管与制动钳的密封联结在3秒内就可以完成，且密封效果好，提高了工作效率，气动快速连结器外形见下图。

1 Purpose

3 Structure Principle and Pneumatic Principle
The test bench brake clamp seal connection uses a German pneumatic fast connector. The sealing connection between the high-pressure pipe and the brake clamp can be completed within 3 seconds, and the sealing effect is good, improving the working efficiency and pneumatic fast coupling. The shape of the device is shown in the figure below.

  此外此试验台使用了高精度压力传感器（万分之五），使测量精度大大提高。

 In addition, the test bed uses a high-precision pressure sensor(five tenths of a million), which greatly improves the measurement accuracy.
